Installation

This section will describe the installation procedure of Prodrive Motion Platform for the supported platforms.

Windows

• Windows 10 Enterprise (22H2) x64

• Windows 11 Enterprise (24H2) x64

Linux

• Debian 12 (Bookworm) x64

The PMP installer files required for installation are available in Downloads.

System requirements

The system requirements for the client PC connecting to PMP controllers vary based on the intended use cases. Among these, data acquisition is the most demanding scenario and therefore defines the minimum hardware specifications required.

• Acquisition at 10kHz with 50 signals:

  • Processor: X86-64 Quad-core CPU with 2.0Ghz clock speed

  • RAM: 8 GB

  • Disk space: Application specific

  • Network: 1Gb Ethernet port
