void IAcquisition.Prepare()

Prepares an acquisition run for the current configuration.

Throws

• InvalidConfigException – This acquisition’s buffer capacity is not large enough to accommodate the configured pre-trigger sample duration.

• InvalidOperationException – Top-controller state is not “Run”.

• InvalidOperationException – Acquisition instance is not in state AcquisitionState.Idle or AcquisitionState.Prepared.

• OutOfResourcesException – Maximum number of monitors reached.

• CommunicationErrorException – Protocol error.

• ConnectionLostException – Connection to controller lost.

• RebootedException – Controller has been rebooted since this object reference was retrieved, invalidating this reference.

• System.ObjectDisposedException – Object is disposed.
